CFP has implemented Lean Manufacturing to better serve its customers. Members of staff have participated in the Lean Bronze Certification course from SME, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban planning and 5S classes.
Custom Forest Products is a member of the National Wooden Pallet and Container Association, Spartanburg Chamber of Commerce, C12, Upstate Lean Alliance and Corporate Chaplains of America.
